He advises clients on the development, prosecution, and strategic management of global IP portfolios, including patents, industrial designs, trademarks and copyrights.

Khodi has held senior in‑house and advisory roles, managing complex international IP portfolios and working closely with inventors, designers and executives. His expertise includes patentability and freedom‑to‑operate analysis, IP clearance, licensing and confidentiality agreements, portfolio maintenance, and infringement enforcement, including anti‑counterfeiting and online takedown programs.

With a PhD in Intellectual Property Law and prior experience as a patent examiner at national and regional IP offices, Khodi brings a rare combination of legal, technical, and practical insight. He is known for delivering clear, business‑focused guidance that helps clients protect innovation, mitigate risk, and maximize the value of their intellectual assets.
